To lead on the development and delivery of resourcing strategies and solutions that support to meet its corporate and departmental objectives. To work closely with HR colleagues to ensure the provision of a seamless and joined up end to end recruitment service to the organization.

Working with senior managers and HR Business Partners to understand key resource requirements to ensure the development of resourcing strategies that meet both current and future organizational needs.
Devising and implementing recruitment plans, campaigns and activity within agreed deadlines ensuring that recruiting managers are properly consulted and informed.
Acting as the recruitment subject matter expert on employee resourcing strategies to provide innovative, cost-effective and timely solutions.
Keeping abreast of recruitment legislation and case law, ensuring that Ofqualโs recruitment activity meets statutory requirements and adheres to best practice.

Previous experience of managing recruitment to include drafting advertisement, shortlisting, competency-based interviewing and candidate management.
Previous experience of working with 3rd party suppliers for the delivery of short term temporary workers.
Experience in leading multi-disciplinary work to achieve objectives.
