Reporting into the Managing Director the Digital Recruitment Consultant will take up a lead role, exploiting opportunities, establishing revenue-generating processes and building a successful recruitment business. On a day-to-day basis expect to engage with candidates, build client relationships, update and maintain the CRM, input new initiatives.
Source and record vacancy information including details such as duties, working conditions, hours, pay rates and any relevant experience.
Achieve agreed on sales targets and revenue margins within agreed budgeted costs.
Demonstrate collaborative working with the team and wider team.
Achieve agreed on KPIs.
Canvass for new clients for new bookings, Build and maintain the client database.
Undertake client visits under the direction and supervision of a Manager.
Conduct candidate pre-screens & maintain an ongoing relationship with candidates, whether available to work or not.
Assess overall company performance.
Ability to organize and prioritize own workload.
