Our company is looking for a General Manager who has the ability to manage Hotel operations independently.
Oversee financial activities, service, marketing to achieve profitability and guest satisfaction.
Responsible for maximizing revenues.
Responsible for the preparation of property budget and forecasts.
Manages labor standards and property level expenses to achieve maximum flow through to the bottom line profit.
Works with all staff to manage all sales activities of the Hotel and meet revenue objectives. Activities include setting goals, completing competitive surveys, taking reservations and compiling reports.
Coordinates and implements sales and marketing activities.
Identifies and seeks out potential business in local market. Maintains relationships with local companies and key people to increase sales.
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hotel Management
