Devising and implementing recruitment plans, campaigns and activity within agreed deadlines ensuring that recruiting managers are properly consulted and informed.
Acting as the recruitment subject matter expert on employee resourcing strategies to provide innovative, cost-effective and timely solutions.
Keeping abreast of recruitment legislation and case law, ensuring that Ofqual’s recruitment activity meets statutory requirements and adheres to best practice.
Previous experience of managing recruitment to include drafting advertisement, shortlisting, competency-based interviewing and candidate management.
Previous experience of working with 3rd party suppliers for the delivery of short term temporary workers.
Experience in leading multi-disciplinary work to achieve objectives.
